Masterpiece MP01 Optimus Prime & Masterpiece MP05 Megatron

Hey guys, I just bought a new strobist set for RM250. Wohoo! My budget was around RM300, luckily after a few days surveying the price I managed to get it cheaper. Light Stand and Swivel bracket were bought at Digimania, Plaza Pudu for RM 130 and White Umbrella at Keat Camera at Jln Pudu for RM 120.

My test subjects for strobe are Masterpiece MP01 Optimus Prime and Masterpiece MP05 Megatron.

the lighting looks cool! Can we also have a picture with the strobes in action? BTW – how’d u do your water effect?

  2. faizzaki says:

hi Nat, thanks for your comment. I put a black coloured paper with another piece of transparent plastic tablecloth
on top of it to produce the water reflection effect rather than putting a glass layer that just gets a reflected image. For my next shooting, I’ll try to put them in action okey !
